Line Management Responsibilities – Humanities, PSHE, Year 7 Heads of Year Pastoral and Academic, Duke of Edinburgh Award
Whole School Remit – Responsible for overseeing the statutory RS curriculum and leading the continued refinement of the all-through curriculum. Induction Tutor for ECT 1 and ECT 2 colleagues, providing guidance and support to early career teachers. Also responsible for the Year 6 to Year 7 transition, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for pupils moving into secondary education.
