How to Apply - Sixth Form

Internal students

Please do not complete the application form online. Please follow the instructions outlined in the enrolment letter or contact sixthformadmissions@chobhamacademy.org.uk if you have any further queries. 

External students

  • All external students need to complete the online application form by no later than Tuesday 25th March 2025. This can be found here.
  • Acknowledgement letters will be sent out to all applicants within four weeks of applying to the Academy. 
  • Applicants who meet the entry criteria for the subjects they wish to study will be invited to attend the taster day in June 2025 (date TBC). 
  • All final enrolment confirmation will take place on GCSE results day, 21st August 2025.
