Line management responsibilities – Head of School, Vice Principals, HR, Facilities and Admin Departments.
Whole school remit – Responsible for strategic leadership of the school. This includes managing the budget and ensuring all policies are in place, up to date and followed. The Principal works with colleagues to prepare the annual Academy Development Plan and then oversees its implementation. Another key responsibility is evaluating performance and identifying areas for further improvement. The Principal oversees communication with parents and works with governors to ensure the school is effectively led.
