Full Hearts Full Tummies

On Wednesday 19th December Year 8 and 9 Form Captains volunteered at the Full Hearts Full Tummies event at Stratford Circus. Please see report below from one of our Year 8 students who took part. 

The charity event that took place on Wednesday 19th December was a really fun experience for me. I really enjoyed welcoming and serving people as you know it’s Christmas which is the time for giving. It was all worth it when people smiled and said thank you and when the host thanked us by saying it wouldn’t be possible without you. It made myself proud by knowing that I did my best to help people and give them something to look forward to. It really turned out to be more fun than I expected. I absolutely enjoyed it and I hope I can go again next year so I can make more people happy.
